These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services provided by Zodiac Musik. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Accounts

Accounts (creation)

Users of Zodiac Musik Player have the option to use the app with or without creating an account. However, certain features such as personalization, in-app purchases, and licensing verification require authentication. Account creation can be completed through email registration or Google Sign-In. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Unauthorized access should be reported immediately to Zodiac Musik support.

Account Suspension and Termination

Zodiac Musik reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Misuse of the app, including harassment of other users, unauthorized distribution of licensed content, or attempts to bypass payment mechanisms, may lead to account termination without prior notice. Upon termination, any licensed content and premium access associated with your account will be revoked.

Account Recovery

In the event that you lose access to your account, recovery options are available through the app’s password reset function. You may also contact support for assistance. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email associated with your account. If account recovery is not possible due to missing information or account deletion, Zodiac Musik is not liable for the loss of purchased licenses or subscriptions.

2. Subscriptions & Cancellation

Zodiac Musik offers a premium subscription plan priced at $11.99 (USD) annually. This subscription grants access to exclusive premium features and enhancements within the app. Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. Subscription management, including cancellations, can be done through your Google Play account. Once canceled, premium features remain available until the end of the active subscription period, after which access will be revoked.

3. Licensing of In-App Purchases

When you make an in-app purchase within Zodiac Musik Player—such as sound packs, premium themes, or advanced tools—you are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use that content within the app. These purchases do not confer ownership. The licensed content is intended for personal, non-commercial use and is tied to your authenticated user account. Any unauthorized distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Zodiac Musik Player offers a lifetime license option for users who prefer a one-time payment instead of a subscription. This license grants perpetual access to the version of the app available at the time of purchase. It does not include guaranteed access to future updates, new features, or improvements unless explicitly stated. This license is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

4. Refund Policy

All payments and purchases made through Zodiac Musik Player are subject to the refund policies enforced by the Google Play Store. Zodiac Musik does not issue direct refunds. If you encounter issues with a purchase or subscription, we encourage you to first reach out to us at support@zodiacmsuik.com. In cases of accidental purchases or dissatisfaction, refund requests may be considered by Google Play, but approval is not guaranteed.

5. In-App Advertising

Zodiac Musik Player may display in-app advertisements to users who are not subscribed to the premium plan. These advertisements may include banners, interstitials, or promotional messages, and are curated either by Zodiac Musik or its trusted advertising partners. Premium users may enjoy an ad-free experience unless specific features or promotions include opt-in ad displays.

6. Booking and Collaboration

Zodiac Musik provides opportunities for artist bookings, collaborations, promotional campaigns, and brand partnerships. Users and businesses interested in collaborating with Zodiac Musik or booking our managed artists can contact us directly through the app or via bookings@zodiacmsuik.com. All bookings and collaborations may be subject to additional terms, contracts, and verification processes, depending on the scope and nature of the engagement.

Terms & Conditions for Account Deletion

By proceeding with account deletion on Zodiac Musik, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

A. Termination by User

  • • You may delete your account at any time via the Settings section of the app or by submitting a formal request through our Support Center.
  • • Account deletion will be effective within 72 hours of confirmation.

B. Irrevocability

  • • Once an account is deleted, recovery is not possible.
  • • Zodiac Musik is not liable for any loss of data, earnings, or content resulting from the deletion.

C. Subscription Management

  • • You are solely responsible for cancelling any external subscription billing (e.g., through Google Play, Apple App Store).
  • • Deleting your Zodiac Musik account does not automatically cancel third-party billing arrangements.

D. Content Licensing (Artists Only)

  • • By deleting your account, you revoke the license granted to Zodiac Musik to distribute your content.
  • • However, you agree that Zodiac Musik may continue to store historical data for compliance or dispute resolution purposes.

E. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to account deletion shall be resolved under the dispute resolution terms set forth in the Zodiac Musik General Terms of Service.

7. Modifications to These Terms

Zodiac Musik reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. In the event of changes, users will be notified within the app and required to accept the revised Terms in order to continue using the application. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
